“Having successfully moved several SDSL circuits away from a larger company, I thought I’d write and let you know how much of a pleasure it has been to deal with NewNet – big enough to be highly professional but small enough to still care about customer service. I also notice that your first line support are much better trained than average, choosing to diagnose each problem independently rather than just following a flow-chart of questions. They are a credit (and a lesson) to most larger companies. It was well worth my effort in changing supplier and I look forward to reaping the rewards for many years to come.”
