Useful Information - Managing Your Account

NewNet's online order and customer management system provides users with easy access to manage their own account - check invoices, pay outstanding charges, check and manage contact details etc.

Do take the time to log in and check your details online - and to update data relating to address, email address, telephone numbers, contacts etc.

Please DO tell us if you have moved!

Logging IN...
login Roll the mouse pointer over the 'Login' tab in the menubar at the top of the page. Scroll down to the Order Login option and click the mouse. You will be taken to the existing customer login (see image at top of this page) where you can enter your email address and password. Click the Login button to enter the management system.

Once logged in you will be presented with a list of options (shortened version shown here!)

Options

Click a link to select an option. To manage your own details select options towards the bottom of the list for Company Info, Addresses, Contacts etc.

*Important* - First, please click on 'Company Info' and check that your invoice e-mail address is correct

Organisation Info
Organisation information
Edit the information by entering data into the boxes - the organisation type can be selected from the drop down list. Home users will normally be shown as 'Individual' - others may be limited company, partnership, charity etc.

Business users may wish to enter their company registration and VAT reference number.

Addresses may be selected from a list - you may change addresses by using the Address link from the options menu.

Click the Save button to store the new data in the system.

Selecting the Address option from the Customer menu - select an address by clicking on the displayed location link. To enter a new address, click the New button and enter the appropriate details.

Click Remove to delete this address. Click EDIT to alter address details.

Contact details
Contact information
Selecting the Contacts option from the Customer menu - select a contact by clicking on the displayed name link(s). To enter a new contact, click the New button and enter the appropriate details as requested.

When an existing contact is selected, you will be presented with a screen displaying a summary of the contact data.

Click Remove to delete this address. Click EDIT to alter address details.

You may use the Edit Contact details option to edit contact details, address, telephone numbers, email contact address etc. and to CHANGE the password used to access the management system.

Please note that you may select an option (Yes/No) to receive newsletters and other material from NewNet.

Please note: NewNet Helpdesk will only discuss details of the account with persons listed in the organisation's contact list.
