NewNet is pleased to offer Broadband service upgrades.

Customers may upgrade their service from any speed to 8Mb (actual line speed will be subject to survey, line length and exchange availability) or may upgrade from Home to Business or business to Office broadband services.

Service upgrades (speed or usage) will be charged at £6.00 + VAT (£7.05 inc VAT). Upgrades normally take 5 working days from receipt of order to completion.

Service downgrades (speed or usage) will be charged at £11.00 + VAT (£12.93 inc VAT). Downgrades normally take 5 working days from receipt of order to completion.

To order an upgrade, log in to the NewNet order area using your email address and order password. Select the ADSL Service Change option from the Service Changes section of the user menu. Your current ADSL service will be shown in the window - if you have multiple circuits please select the circuit you wish to change from the drop down menu.

Follow the on-screen instructions to select the service change that you require.
