Helpdesk Support

Due to continued growth, a great opportunity has arisen for additional Helpdesk staff at our UK headquarters in Fareham. The 1st/2nd line Helpdesk Support role will primarily focus on assisting our diverse business and consumer customer base in broadband, email, and web hosting services amongst others.

This is a busy, challenging, but greatly rewarding role ideally suited to candidates with a strong technical interest and a drive to provide first class customer service and support. Knowledge of broadband and email setup, Windows systems support, and business-class client support all distinct advantages.

Varied working hours including 8hr shifts between 8am-8pm plus some weekend work.

Head of Channel

Salary – negotiable depending on experience + excellent benefits

We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Channel to join our rapidly growing Sales Team. Reporting to the Sales Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall strategy, planning, execution and management of all Channel activities.

Requirements:

  • Previous Channel Management experience and proven track record – gained within a Voice and Data environment – essential.
  • Ability to implement strategic plans that ensure development of existing Channel base as well as procurement of new Partners. Strategic plans must also reflect the company’s overall growth strategy.
  • Tenacious sales attitude
  • Excellent management and development of client relationships.
  • Negotiation skills at Director and C level.
  • Ability to work under pressure whilst meeting KPI’s and agreed targets.
  • Provide essential support and motivation to drive Partners to maximise and develop their own sales opportunities.
  • Development and creation of appropriate new systems/portals to optimise Partner support.
  • Measuring, analysing and reporting sales success to Sales Director.
  • Development and management of new Channel products and services
  • Management of Channel product and service pricing.
  • Monitoring of competitor products, services and activities.
  • Ability to work alongside Marketing department to develop appropriate Channel collateral and campaigns.
  • Attending trade events.

Senior New Business Sales Executive – Full time

Salary – negotiable depending on experience + excellent benefits

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Executive to join our rapidly expanding New Business team. Previous experience of the telecoms industry is essential, in addition to a deep knowledge of Managed Hosting, WAN and MPLS solutions. The candidate will posses excellent negotiation skills and will be highly experienced in maintaining client relationships at Director and C level. A proven portfolio or order book of clients would be highly advantageous.

Requirements:

  • Pro-active, tenacious personality with excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and leads within the industry
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
  • Ability to think creatively to provide unique client solutions
  • Previous experience of negotiation and relationship-management of clients at Director and CEO level is essential.

Location: Fareham, but flexibility to occasionally travel over the UK is essential
