NEWNET ADVISE CUSTOMERS OF DELAYS IN FAULT RESOLUTION
Over the next few weeks, customers with BT PSTN circuits will become Openreach LLU (local loop unbundled) customers, this will cause a delay in the fault resolution process.
NewNet very much regrets this delay which could inconvenience our customers. To overcome this, NewNet has improved the Helpdesk performance by appointing new staff to assist its customers.
At present NewNet is seeing problems similar to the initial phase of ADSL MAX and is warning customers that it anticipates problems getting worse before they get better.
In common with its commitment to customer support, NewNet is pressing BT management with its concerns and experiences at this time.

NEWNET 8Mb BROADBAND FOR £4.95
NewNet are now supplying a Phone line and Broadband package which enables customers to obtain a Broadband service from £4.95 inc VAT per month.
Customer's broadband service is reduced by £1 for every £10 they spend on telephone call charges with NewNet's phone service. To qualify for £4.95 Broadband, customers must spend £70 on phone calls with NewNet per month.
There is a one off set up of £4.95 but no monthly fixed charge and all call charges are less than standard BT rates.

NEWNET CUTS PRICE OF ITS 2Mbps SDSL BROADBAND
NewNet has announced large cuts in the price of its SDSL services. The 0.5Mbps service starts at £132 per month, 1Mbps from £149 and 2Mbps at £165 per month. This works out at a saving of £155 per month on the old 2Mbps pricing.
Symmetric DSL (SDSL) may not be affordable to the average home user, but for small businesses the option of a 2Mbps symmetric link for just £165 per month will seem very attractive.
