Enjoy the benefits of an Extended Maintenance plan for broadband modem and router:
Priority support
Customers taking enhanced care will be shipped a router or modem as soon as possible when they report a fault with the equipment.
Customers who do not take enhanced care will be required to return the router or modem to NewNet for checking and return before replacement.
On-going maintenance
In the event of any service problems we will remotely manage your router/modem to help diagnose the problem.
Hardware maintenance covers the replacement of your router or modem should the hardware experience failure or mal-function, for the duration of your broadband service with NewNet. We will remotely upgrade your router/modem with the latest firmware when required.
Management & Programming
- Fully managed service looking after your router/modem from day one.
- All routers are fully programmed, tested and shipped prior to live date.
- Should your router/modem have a problem which can not be corrected remotely a replacement router/modem will be despatched by first class post.
- We manage your Broadband connection. Any problems just give us a call.
