Peter Coates-Buglear
Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
A
well known 'serial entrepreneur' in the Portsmouth area, Peter Coates-Buglear founded NewNet in 1995 and has steered its development to a multi-million pound turnover company, widely recognised as amongst the leading internet providers in the UK.
Peter has extensive computing experience and practises a hands-on
approach, working closely with his own advanced technical staff
to manage a fast and effective network.

John Mobley Managing Director
John
joined NewNet in 2002 from City based Priority Telecom. John has extensive and wide-ranging experience of the telecoms industry, both in the UK and overseas, working with Compaq, Sprint, Global-One in management roles. John has undertaken a development role within NewNet working to build services and client base and has now stepped up to undertake the role of Managing Director.
John was educated at Warwick University and holds a BSc Honours degree in Engineering Science. |

Heather Coates-Buglear Director
Heather
has management experience with a number of companies including a large
local estate agency and Trust House Hotels.
Her previous role was as Finance Director at a company specialising
in printing inks. Heather now has responsibilities within NewNet for
finance and personnel. |

Jeff Maynard Non-Executive Director
Jeff
Maynard was co-founder of Netstore plc responsible for all of the
Group's technology including technical infrastructure, security, internal systems and innovation; following the company's successful floatation on the London Stock Exchange, he took responsibility for strategic development and partnerships whilst retaining overall control of technology.
In May 2000, he was appointed European Chairman of the ASP Industry Consortium. He has significant experience in the IT sector and specific on-line storage management expertise from his position as Chief Executive of Secure Backup Systems Limited from 1993 to 1996 where he launched the world's first on-line electronic vaulting service.
Prior to this, he led the technology arms of British Airways plc between 1983 and 1989 and of Cable & Wireless between 1990 and 1993. He was founder and Chief Technologist for Virtual Technology Inc, a US public company.
He is now non-executive Chairman of Exor Group Ltd, non-executive Director of SmartFocus (Holdings) Ltd and smartFOCUS Group plc and a Director of Gmund Heritage Ltd (Porsche Club GB); Member: Board of Advisors, Connected Corporation and was previously Deputy Chairman of Netstore plc, non-executive Chairman of Archive-it.com Ltd, UDEX Ltd and of Gazebo Internet Services Ltd. Jeff was IT Entrepreneur of the Year 2000. |

Paul Schneider
Sales Director
Paul joined the NewNet team in November 2007 as Sales Director having previously spent 5 successful years in the comms industry with a London based VNO. In total Paul has spent over 15 years in sales and employing his expertise is an obvious step for NewNet in ensuring that the company reaches its goals. Paul will help NewNet to realise the company’s growth plans and will be responsible for putting Newnet where it belongs on the communications roadmap.

Peter Milford Regulatory Affairs Manager Peter joined the company in April 2001 working as a member of NewNet's senior management team with responsibilities for regulatory and corporate affairs.
Before joining NewNet, Peter was Chief Executive of the Hampshire On-Line Learning project and formerly Director of Learning Resources at St. Vincent College, Gosport.
Peter was seconded to BT plc from 1995 - 1997 to develop online
services for education. He has a BA degree in Physics and Information Technology, holds a post-graduate diploma in Educational Technology, is a Chartered Physicist, Member of the Institute of Physics and Member of the British Computer Society.
