web15 server issues
NewNet experienced issues with shared web server web15 on Wednesday 20th August. Engineers investigated and took actions to restore data for a number of users that were affected by the issues. The server was restored to full service by the end of the day.

Planned maintenance - Telehouse North - Friday 08 August 2008 from 22.00
NewNet engineers undertook planned maintenance to core systems in telehouse east on Friday 08/08/200 8 from 22.00 to Saturday 09/09/2008 0200.

Planned maintenance - Powerreg mail1 server - Tuesday 12th August 2008
NewNet engineers will be undertook planned maintenance to upgrade the Powerreg mail1 server from 00.01 to 02.00 Tuesday 12th August.

Powerhost ADSLweb1 server - Monday 4th August 2008
NewNet engineers investigated issues affecting Powerhost web server 'adslweb1' and returned the system to service.

Network Maintenance - Wednesday 30/07/2008
NewNet engineers undertook network maintenance in Telehouse to continue with the core network upgrade program.

Leased Line access router failure - 31/07/2008 21.00
NewNet experienced a failure in a leased line access router in London on Thursday 31st July at around 21.00 h. Customers with leased lines terminating in this router experienced loss of service. Service was restored at 22.30.

Network Maintenance - 25/07/2008
NewNet engineers undertook network maintenance in Telehouse as part of the core network upgrade program.

Hosted Exchange Upgrades - 20/07/2008 and 25/07/2008
Work was undertaken to upgrade the Hosted Exchange platform on Sunday 20th July and Friday 25th July 22:00 - Saturday 26th July 05:00

NewNet engineers undertook work to repair a mail server hosting addresses of the form user.mail1.co.uk.

NewNet engineers undertook planned network maintenance in Telehouse to continue core network upgrades.

Network Upgrade - Friday 4th July
NewNet engineers carried out works to upgrade equipment in the Portsmouth PoP. LLU broadband, leased lin and IP transit customers in the Portsmouth area may have experienced a brief outage whilst this work was undertaken.

South Coast Network Upgrade - Thursday 26th June
Engineers undertook work to upgrade parts of the South Coast network. Customers located in the West Barn data centre may have experienced a brief outage whilst this work was undertaken.
